There will be a Module Day run on the 29th of October (half term) at Newcastle Community Fire Station.
Modules being run on that day will be:
Module A – Prepare to take off. (9:30am)
Module D – Kids behaving Badly (11:00am)
Module F – making Scouts accessible (1:30am)
This information is for all Explorer Leaders in the District and they will need to book onto modules through me so I know who is coming to which module on that day. (please contact Sion via the Contact page)
Young Leaders need to remember that if they want to start in another section, they MUST complete module A within 3 months of starting to volunteer with their section (as Module A covers safeguarding and so risk assessments etc).
There will be a charge of £1 per module just to cover costs of refreshments and materials used on the day.
