Well done to the 14th Basford and 15th St Giles Scouts who combined to win the Scout District 5-a-side competition held last weekend.
The Troops represented at the competition this year were Basford, St Giles St Georges, Red Street, Madeley, URC and Knutton.
The competition was held at Keele University sports hall, all teams played really well and were very sporting too. In the end it was a close points race between URC and the combined Basford, St Giles St Georges.
