The 2012 NEWCASTLE District Annual General Meeting
is on
JUNE 28th
at
St George’s Church Hall.
The usual arrangements of a formal (and short) meeting where the Annual report is presented – followed by an opportunity to show off what you have been doing!!
Please…please…please… put a little display of something you did in 2012 (hoping these range in scale and age range from The World Jamboree to Beavers visiting the Lord Mayor’s Parlour).
Last year the Civic Offices didn’t give us the hoped for space – so as the displays are an important part of the evening the AGM has moved to a space where we can put on as many displays as we like!!

Setting up displays 7.00
Formal Meeting 7.30
Visiting displays and social chit chat 8.00
Location:
St George’s Church Hall is where the St George and St Giles Group meet and where Iceni Explorers and the Young Leader Programme operates from.
