Sad News
Earlier today I heard that Ann Tomkinson, who was a Cub Leader at the 103rd Newcastle-under-Lyme School Group for a good many years and who had been ill with cancer for quite some time has died. District AGM
This year’s AGM was held at Silverdale Working Men’s Club. As well as the usual reports and formal parts of the meeting, many of the District’s Groups set up displays to show off the activities they had completed over the past 12 months. The County Commissioner was there to present awards to deserving recipients.
